Admissions

Process

  • Parents who have interest in Liberty should call the office for a tour.

  • After the tour, the enrollment application and registration fee are collected (see requirement checklist in the application download). This includes a current transcript or report card, and copy of current IEP, if applicable.

  • During the admissions process, the student and family will need to interview with the principal or the vice principal to discuss interest, education, and spiritual direction.

  • A testing date for placement assessment will be scheduled after the application is received. This will test the student’s reading, comprehension, and math skills to determine grade level and class demographic.

  • Upon acceptance, watch your emails for an invitation from our tuition management system, Blackbaud Tuition. For cost-effectiveness and convenience, tuition payments are split into 11 monthly payments. All tuition payments must be on an automatic debit system.

  • Also look for an email from Sycamore Education, our student information portal, where you will be able to view grades in real time, download forms, check the school calendar, get a dress code shopping list, and more.

  • Just before the start of the school year, attend Back to School Night for all the final logistics: school policies, Daycare sign-up, lunch info, meet the teachers, get your school locker and lock, get your class schedule.
