When does school begin in the fall?

First day of school for the 2017-2018 school year is Wednesday, August 30th, 2017

 

What are the beginning and ending times for the school day?

For our Junior High and High School students the regular day schedule is from 8:00am-2:30pm.

For our Elementary students the regular day schedule is from 8:15am-2:45pm

Do you accept international students?

Yes, we accept international students for grades 9 through 12.

What is your student/teacher ratio and class size?

Our goal is 15:1 student/teacher ratio, we intentionally keep class sizes small to encourage a better learning environment.

 

Do you use Common Core curriculum?

No, we do not teach Common Core; we prefer a more traditional curriculum with a Christian worldview.

Do you use technology in the classroom?

Yes, we have mini iPads and ChromeBooks available school-wide for classroom use. We also have a computer lab on campus with computer literacy classes beginning in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

 

Do you require entrance testing?

All incoming Kindergarten students must be tested. Elementary through High School students are not tested, but must provide a math and English work sample, and have an interview with the Principal.
