What to Bring!!
1. Please bring season appropriate change of clothes! (Accidents do occur and we like to be prepared!)
2. Please bring a crib-sized bed sheet. This will be sent home on Fridays to be cleaned and returned on Mondays!
3. Feel free to let your little student bring a blanket that will fit inside their cubby. We have limited space and for sanitary reasons need to sep all the student's blankets and sheets separate!
4. Please leave pillows at home! There is not enough space to store them and due to sanitary reasons are not a good idea!
5. Please leave toys at home! Late in the year we will have theme-driven share and tell! We will send home information about this when it is time!!
6. Please bring any questions or suggestions with you! WE are here to support your family!!!
Fridays in Pre-K
We will be incorporating Spanish and science projects every Friday.
Starting Friday, September 16th will be starting Show & Tell. We encourage parents to help the kids pick something creative pertaining to the letter, color, number and/or shape of the week.
All About the Kids!!!
We would love to learn more about each other in our class!
We will be sending him a paper apple for you to decorate and decide what you and your little student would like to share about themselves!
Some ideas: Do they have siblings? What is their favorite color, food, song or sport? They could tell about their family or their pets. If it is of interest to your family or your child, then that is what we want to know!
About Miss Sonia
I have been been teaching preschool for 10 years and absolutely love my job! Children truly are a gift from God. I am looking forward to traveling to New York in September of this year. I, also, am looking forward to finishing my bachelor's degree.
About Miss Charise
I taught Pre-K classes for 6 years before my husband and I went to live in Mexico and do missions there. We have been back for 6 years now and I once again have the privilege to teach at Liberty Christian Preschool! I have two teenage boys who attend here at Liberty Christian School and my husband is the senior pastor at CrossPoint Baptist Church. I will be working in the mornings with your children and then in the afternoons I teach Jr. High Spanish.
