Annual Fund
2009-10 Annual Fund Goal is $30,000
The purpose of the Annual Fund is to help bridge the financial gap between tuition proceeds and the actual operating expenditures for a Liberty Christian School education.
As a private school, Liberty Christian School does not receive federal, state or local funds. As a result, LCS relies on tuition and donations for operating purposes.
Tuition covers approximately 80% of operating costs. Families and friends of Liberty Christian School offset the remaining 20% of necessary funding through their generous tax-deductible gifts to the Annual Fund.
In addition, Annual Fund contributions are used to enhance campus facilities, contribute to professional growth opportunities for teaching faculty, provide tuition assistance to qualified students, improve technology, and supplement the arts and athletic programs.
Our goal is not to "nickel and dime" parents with never-ending fundraisers. We ask families and friends of Liberty Christian School to prayerfully consider making an annual investment in the lives of students, faculty and the many programs that heighten the Liberty Christian experience.
Past examples of Annual Fund disbursements include: professional growth seminars and coursework for faculty, tuition assistance for qualified students, construction of a new science lab, new musical instruments, athletic equipment, lunch tables, synthetic grass turf and much, much more.
Your sustaining contributions enable Liberty Christian School the continued opportunity to provide a Christian education that includes quality academics, traditional values, a caring environment and abundant opportunity. Thank you for your generosity.
