Who is the supplier for our shirts, sweatshirts and jackets?
        Lands End.  Lands End is a catalog/internet company that has been selling high quality products at reasonable prices since 1963.  "Guaranteed Period" is one of their familiar mottos.  If you don't like it or it doesn't fit, send it back--no questions asked.

When should I start ordering my shirts?
        That's up to you.  But it takes about two-three weeks to get your shirts and you need to have them before the first day of school in September.  Please give yourself plenty of time in case of delays or backorders.

What am I supposed to buy?
        In a way, that's up to you.  There are four styles of shirts including T-Shirts and Polo Shirts that are approved for purchase.  There are also four styles of sweatshirts and jackets that are approved for purchase. Please check the list at the end of these FAQs.
        There are actually two different qualities of polo shirts. They are basically the same style, but are just made of different fabrics.  One is "cotton mesh", which is an airy open knit, and the other is "cotton interlock", which is smoother and loftier.  There are also “feminine fit” polos and t-shirts, which are more fitted and less boxy than the regular polos and t-shirts.

How many shirts or sweatshirts am I supposed to buy?
        The number of shirts that you buy is completely up to you.  You can buy all of the listed styles or just one style.  It doesn't matter.  But your child will need enough shirts to wear to school every day.  Mix and match as you choose.

What are the colors for the shirts, sweatshirts and jackets?
        The approved colors are:
Chambray Blue, Pewter Gray, White, Burgundy, Classic Navy and Black.
The school logo embroidery will be a contrasting color of either white or navy/burgundy depending on the shirt color, and is required on all items. You may purchase any of the shirts or sweatshirts in any of the above listed colors.  However, not all of the shirts or sweatshirts are available in all of the colors.
        The "Athletic Jacket" may only be purchased in "Dark Navy".

Where can I place my order?
        We suggest that you order by phone from Land's End by calling 800-469-2222.  The operators will know exactly what you can order when you give them our school code of #900119520.  Lands End is now owned by Sears, however, we will still need to order via the telephone due to the embroidery that is required.  Lands End does not have any retail stores in the Orange County area. 

How do I order?
        At this time, we need to order over the phone. Using a Land's End School catalog and the list below, look at the shirts, sweatshirts and jackets that are on the Liberty Christian approved list.  Call Lands End at 800-469-2222.  Give them the Liberty Christian school code #900119520 (this number is printed on the back of the catalog). Specify to the operator that you need to order your shirts, sweatshirts or jackets with the Liberty embroidered logo.  You should receive your items in about two-three weeks.

How much does it cost?
        Shirts, sweatshirts and jackets range from about $10 - $30 each depending on what you order.  We are requiring that each item be embroidered with the Liberty logo, which is an additional $5.50 charge per item. (Please note: The catalog also offers “monogramming”, which is not the same as logo embroidery, and is a different fee.)

Can my child wear past LCS sweatshirts, t-shirts to school instead of the Land’s End shirts?
    Unfortunately, past LCS t-shirts and sweatshirts will not be allowed.  Since we have produced nearly a dozen shirt designs and colors for LCS spiritwear over the last 5-6 years, it would significantly complicate the cohesion of the uniform shirt program.
