¡Ya soy abuela! YoA little about me: Family is important to me so here is a summary of my immediate family. I am Larry's wife. I am Mom to Amanda Welch, Laura Chavez and Tiffany Caldin. I am mother-in-law to David Chavez and Sterling Caldin.. I am Ariana Kyla Elizabeth Caldin's grandmother. I am great aunt to Mellanie and Dillon Zamora. I attend CrossPoint Baptist Church where my husband and I are involved with the New Life Class. My husband has been a member here since high school and I became a part of CBC after Larry and I were married in 1981. We were sent out as missionaries to Panama from this church in 1985 where we served until 2004 working with the Buglere People, an indigenous group in North West Panama. My Hobbies are reading, bargain shopping and watching sports. La Clase de EspañolThis will be an exciting year for us in all levels of Spanish. We will be incorporating some new classroom techniques in order to enhance communication skills. Spanish 1 will use the Realidades Textbook along with help from the Realidades Level 1 Student Homepage. Spanish 2 and Spanish 3 will use the Realidades 2 Textbook along with the help from the Realidades Textbook Companion Website. Spanish 4 will be using the Encuentros Maravillosos Textbook with the help from Encuentros Maravillosos website. We will also be using a variety of online sources, children's books, and the Spanish Bible to supplement our textbook learning. You can view the class syllabus for each of my classes from the links on the left. Each syllabus includes a class description.
