Math ACSI Mathematics 5 , “Multiplication/Division of Fractions”

Mastery of Multiplication & Division Facts is expected. We are doing “Mad Dog

Math” to achieve this. The first goal is to master fact families in 2-minute tests. Almost ALL the class has done this. The second goal is to master fact families in 1-minute tests. The final goal is to master them in 30-second tests!

 

“MiM” Club members are: Kiriah, Nicky, Nathan, Trent, Caden, Noah, Alexandra, Crystal, Matt, Paula, Ryan, Tarren, Delphy, Jonathan, Heather, Madison, Lauren, & Adrienne. Only 3 more students need to attain MiM status—good job, everyone!

Mastery of Multiplication & Division Facts is expected. We are doing “Mad Dog

Math” to achieve this. Part of homework each school night* is to write out the fact family that will be tested the next day. Look for these tasks and tests in the parent packet.

 

*Once students earn the privilege of being in the “Math in a Minute” Club, they no longer need to do nightly practice…UNLESS they do not pass the day's task. THEN they DO!
